Technical operation and infrastructure
Core activities include the operation of the technical infrastructure for data intermediation, including identity and access management, secure interfaces, logging of data flows, and enforcement of the usage conditions agreed between the parties.
Contractual and organisational services
DID Daten-Intermediär-Dienste FlexCo creates, manages, and maintains standardised data agreements and related contractual frameworks that define purpose limitation, responsibilities, data protection requirements, security measures, and applicable terms.
